Andy Reid has advice for the next Eagles coach

It takes toughness to coach in Philadelphia.
Andy Reid might know that better than anyone. The former Eagles coach was in Philly for 14 years before being let go this offseason. He's now the Kansas City Chiefs head coach.
Reid joined The Jim Rome Show to talk about his new and former homes and had some advice for whoever becomes the next Eagles head coach.
"You enjoy that ride right there," Reid said. "That's a great city, and they're passionate. They're going to let you know what's good and what's bad. It's not going to be any different than you think. You can't be sensitive. You have to go in and be tough and you've got to have an ego that's built with shoe leather, where you can keep yourself intact and go play.
"He'll do a great job. They're set up, now. It's a nice set up, and Jeffrey Lurie is a good man. I think it would be a great situation."
Reid has no hard feelings toward the Eagles for letting him go. Philadelphia finished 4-12 this season and missed the playoffs for the second straight year. Reid hopes the change will benefit both parties.
"Change can be good," Reid said. "I think it's going to be great for the Philadelphia Eagles. I'm hoping that it's great for me and the Kansas City Chiefs most of all. I will remember Philadelphia not for the last year - that's not what I'm going to remember - I'm going to remember Philadelphia for that whole experience that we had there together.
"We did it as a city. We did it together. That's what I'll remember. Change can be good."
