Power Drive Training: Coaches change jobs. It’s a fact of coaching life. Never has a head coach who trains his team with the PowerDrive, and later takes a new job, failed to order a new PowerDrive at his new job. The reason is that he knows firsthand that after only a few days of training with the PowerDrive, players demonstrate better technique at the point of attack. After an off-season, players not only bend at the hip and knees easier but become stronger and more comfortable in the power position. During the season, warming up and conditioning on the PowerDrive reinforces strong hands and good separation. The PowerDrive is as simple as it is revolutionary. It doesn’t slide along the turf in a horizontal motion. It rolls, teaching the hands to work in and up, offering tremendous resistance, forcing the hips down, demanding dynamic hand and foot coordination, and self-correcting perfect form.
