North Carolina: Texas A&M defensive backs coach Terry Joseph will join the UNC staff in the same role, according to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg. Joseph spent three years at A&M and previously coached DB’s at Nebraska and Tennessee.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Michigan running backs coach Tyrone Wheatley is the new running backs coach with the Jaguars. Wheatley was a finalist for the Western Michigan head coaching job and worked under Doug Marrone at Syracuse and with the Bills from 2010-14.
Albany: A source tells CoachingSearch that Albany defensive assistant Keith Dudzinski will be promoted to safeties coach / assistant head coach of defense. Dudzinski is entering his second season on staff and was previously Maryland’s defensive coordinator.
Washington Redskins: Outside linebackers coach Greg Manusky will interview for the defensive coordinator job, according to ESPN’s John Keim.
Eastern Washington: Offensive line coach / run game coordinator Aaron Best and defensive coordinator Jeff Schmedding will serve as co-interim head coaches, according to Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman.
Cal: Eastern Washington head coach Beau Baldwin will be the new offensive coordinator at Cal. Baldwin went 83-32 in nine years at EWU, including six FCS playoff appearances. He went 12-2 this past season, and they finished third in FCS in scoring at 42.4 points per game. EWU quarterback Gage Gubrud led FCS with 5,160 passing yards. Baldwin was a candidate for the Nevada head coaching job, and becomes the second EWU coach to become a Pac-12 offensive coordinator this offseason, after EWU co-OC Troy Taylor was hired at Utah.
Chicago Bears: Dolphins assistant offensive line coach Jeremiah Washburn will join the Bears as offensive line coach, according to The Sporting News’ Alex Marvez. Washburn spent one year with the Dolphins and previously worked with the Lions.
Houston Texans: Offensive coordinator George Godsey will not return. Godsey had been with the Texans since 2014.

Tennessee: ESPN’s Chris Low reports Phillip Fulmer has emerged as a prime candidate for Tennessee’s athletic director job.
San Francisco 49ers: Seahawks co-director of player personnel Scott Fitterer interviewed for the 49ers general manager job today.
Washington Redskins: Former 49ers linebackers coach Jason Tarver will interview for the Redskins defensive coordinator job, according to the Washington Post.
Oakland Raiders: Midwest scout Trey Scott has been promoted to assistant director of player personnel. Scott has been with the Raiders for five years.
UConn: Albany wide receivers coach Aaron Smith has joined the UConn staff as wide receivers coach / recruiting coordinator, and former Minnesota head strength coach Eric Klein has joined UConn as head strength coach. Smith spent four years at Albany, and Klein spent six years at Minnesota.
Gus Bradley: NFL Network’s Mike Silver reports Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn is pressing Bradley for a decision on the Chargers defensive coordinator job, but Bradley is waiting to see if Tom Cable gets the 49ers head coaching job.
Colorado State-Pueblo: Rhode Island linebackers coach Mark Criner will join the CSU-Pueblo staff as co-defensive coordinator, according to the Pueblo Chieftan. Criner spent one year at Rhode Island and has previously coached at Lamar, Eastern Michigan, Idaho and Minnesota.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Chip Kelly is interviewing for the Jaguars offensive coordinator job today, according to 1010XL and NFL Network.
Minnesota Vikings: Kevin Stefanski is expected to remain on staff and move to a different role, according to ESPN’s Adam Caplan. Stefanski has been with the Vikings for 11 years.
Tennessee Titans: Temple wide receivers coach / passing game coordinator Frisman Jackson has joined the Titans as wide receivers coach, and former Chargers special teams coordinator Craig Aukerman has joined the Titans as assistant special teams coach. Jackson had been retained at Temple by Geoff Collins. He played under Titans offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie with the Browns, and he worked with Glenn Thomas at Temple — Thomas worked with Mike Mularkey and Robiskie with the Falcons.
Denver Broncos: Former Jaguars offensive line coach John Benton has joined the Broncos as assistant offensive line coach. Benton spent one year with the Jaguars an previously coached with the Dolphins, Texans and Rams.
Cleveland Browns: Former Southeastern Louisiana defensive coordinator Blake Williams will join the Browns as linebackers coach, and former Southeastern Louisiana special teams coordinator Jerod Kruse will join the Browns as assistant defensive backs coach, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Williams is the son of new Browns defensive coordinator Gregg Williams.
Arizona State: Oklahoma State offensive analyst Josh Henson is expected to join the Arizona State staff as offensive line coach, according to The Arizona Republic. Henson spent one year at OK State and was Missouri’s offensive line coach from 2009-15.
Washington State: Former Minnesota defensive line coach Jeff Phelps is a strong candidate for the Washington State defensive line job, according to Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman.

Alabama: Offensive analyst Mike Locksley has been promoted to a full-time offensive assistant. Locksley has spent one year at Alabama and was previously Maryland’s offensive coordinator. The spot opened when Mario Cristobal left for Oregon. In addition, athletic director Bill Battle will move to the role of special assistant to the president, as Greg Byrne takes over as athletic director on March 1.
San Francisco 49ers: Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is stepping away from the 49ers head coaching search to focus on the playoffs, according to multiple reports. This likely makes Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable the remaining finalists for the job. Adam Schefter reports the 49ers are "honing in" on Shanahan.
Washington Redskins: Former Buffalo Bills assistant Rob Ryan will interview for the Redskins defensive coordinator job, according to The MMQB’s Albert Breer.
Tennessee: North Carolina defensive backs coach Charlton Warren has joined the Tennessee staff in the same role, and previous UT defensive backs coach Willie Martinez will not return. Warren spent two years at UNC and previously coached at Nebraska and Air Force.
Central Arkansas: Head coach Steve Campbell has received a new four-year contract worth $200,587 annually, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Campbell is 23-13 in three seasons.
Minnesota Vikings: Former UCLA offensive coordinator Kennedy Polamalu will join the Vikings staff as running backs coach, according to The Sporting News’ Alex Marvez. Polamalu spent three years at UCLA. He previously coached running backs in the NFL from 2004-09 with the Browns and Jaguars.
Penn State: Princeton assistant director of football operations Andrew Goodman has joined the Penn State staff as assistant recruiting coordinator. Goodman spent two years at Princeton.
Chattanooga: Former Minnesota assistant strength coach Chad Pearson has joined the Chattanooga staff as head strength coach. Pearson spent six years at Minnesota.
UC Davis: Cornerbacks coach Wes Nurse has been retained by Dan Hawkins and moved to the role of director of football operations. Nurse has been at UC Davis in his current stint since 2015.
Western Michigan: Tim Lester will earn $800,000 annually, according to MLive.com. That’s the same salary P.J. Fleck made and is the highest in the MAC. Bonuses can take it up to $1.1 million.
Eastern Illinois: Former Oklahoma State player and student assistant Victor Irokansi has joined the Eastern Illinois staff as a defensive graduate assistant.
San Diego State: New athletic director John David Wicker will earn $340,000 annually, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. That’s $75,000 more than the previous AD.
UCLA: Offensive line coach Adrian Klemm will not return, according to Scout.com. Klemm was suspended in 2015 for recruiting violations and was given a two-year show-cause penalty in September. He was the highest-paid public school assistant in the Pac-12 last year.
