Arkansas: Former Tennesee offensive line coach Sam Pittman has accepted the same job under Bielema.

Arkansas State: Kellen Moore is still with the Detroit Lions, but I wonder if Bryan Harsin offers his former quarterback the quarterbacks job at Arkansas State.

Arkansas: Former Tennessee offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Jim Chaney has accepted the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks job at Arkansas.  In addition, HawgSports.com is reporting that director of football operations Mark Robinson has been retained.

Kentucky: I have confirmed that East Mississippi JC defensive line coach Jimmy Brumbaugh will join Mark Stoops' staff at Kentucky.

Southern Miss: Sources tell me that Todd Monken has talked with LA Tech offensive line coach Pete Perot.

San Jose State: Sources tell me that University of San Diego head coach Ron Caragher will interview for the head coaching job at San Jose State.

Texas A&M: It will be interesting to see if Kevin Sumlin promotes wide receivers coach David Beaty to offensive coordinator.  Meanwhile, Johnny Manziel has just tweeted, "Chad Morris back to his alma mater?? #paytheman  #baller"

Texas Tech: Bruce Feldman suggests that Kliff Kingsbury will probably offer a job to LA Tech defensive backs coach Kevin Curtis.

Texas Tech: Texas Tech AD Kirby Hocutt has announced that Kliff Kingsbury has accepted the head coaching job at Texas Tech.

Cincinnati: I have learned that Florida State special teams coordinator / running backs / associate head coach Eddie Gran has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Cincinnati.

Texas Tech: (Breaking) Sources have informed me that Texas Tech has offered the head coaching job to Kliff Kingsbury.

NC State: Sources tell me that NC State head coach offered the offensive coordinator job to Utah State offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Matt Wells. I'm told that Wells has decided to remain at Utah State.

Kent State: Sources tell me that former Arkansas defensive coordinator Paul Haynes has interviewed for the head coaching job at Kent State.

Arkansas State: Bryan Harsin received a 5-year deal worth $700,000 annually.  He has a $1.75 million buyout after the first year.  It drops to $1 million in year two. He will not coach with Texas in the Alamo Bowl.  Here's how Harsin opened his speech today in Jonesboro.

Texas: Offensive line coach Stacy Searels has added the title of assistant head coach.  Bruce Chambers will serve as the sole recruiting coordinator.

Gardner-Webb University: Sources tell me Gardner-Webb defensive coordinator Tony Pierce will not return.

Western Michigan: Sources tell me that Syracuse defensive coordinator Scott Shafer has interviewed for the Western Michigan head coaching job.

Western Illinois: Former Western Michigan head coach Bill Cubit will interview for the head coaching job at Western Illinois.  Missouri S&T head coach David Brown and Minnesota-Duluth head coach Bob Neilson will also interview.

Kentucky: Nebraska offensive grad assistant Vince Marrow has accepted the tight ends job on Mark Stoops' staff at Kentucy.

Auburn: Sources tell me that Gus Malzahn is considering adding Florida State quarterbacks coach / recruiting coordinator Dameyune Craig to the Auburn staff.  Craig would have to coach runnning backs or wide receivers.

Southern Miss: Sources tell me that Todd Monken has offered a job to Alabama special teams quality control John Wozniak.

Southern Miss: The Columbia Tribune is reporting that Todd Monken has offered his offensive coordinator job to Missouri co-offensive line coach Josh Henson.

Oklahoma State: The Columbia Tribune is reporting that Mike Gundy has offered the offensive coordinator job to former Missouri offensive coordinator David Yost.

Texas Tech: News Channel 5 in Nashville has reported that Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Jerry Gray has interviewed for the Texas Tech head coaching job.

Texas: The Longhorn Network is now reporting the Mack Brown will promote Major Applewhite to offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach.  Wide receivers coach Darrell Wyatt will receive the title of co-offensive coordinator and that Mack Brown will hire a running backs coach.

Southern Miss: Sources tell me that New Mexico Highlands offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Stephen Parker will join Todd Monken's staff at Southern Miss.

East Carolina: Athletic director Terry Holland is stepping down from his position with the Pirates, according to WNCT-TV sports director Brian Bailey. The official announcement from the school is expected later today, Bailey reported.

San Jose State: San Jose State defensive coordinator Kent Baer has been named interim head coach.

Tennessee: Despite a report, sources tell me that Butch Jones has not offered the wide receivers job to anyone since Tee Martin, who decided to remain at USC.

Clemson: If Chad Morris lands the Texas Tech head coaching job, here's who Dabo Swinney may target.

Texas: It's certainly possible that Mack Brown will promote co-offensive coordinator / running backs / assistant head coach Major Applewhite to offensive coordinator. If that happens, expect Applewhite to coach the quarterbacks, which would open up a running backs job.  The list of coaches that would be interested in coaching the running backs at Texas includes every running backs coach in college football and many in the NFL.

Akron: (6:40 am Wednesday) I have learned that Akron head coach Terry Bowden will promote quarterbacks coach AJ Milwee to offensive coordinator.

Arkansas State: (6:20 am CT - Wednesday) I have confirmed that Bryan Harsin has now accepted the head coaching job at Arkansas State.
