UC-Davis: Pacific defensive line coach Will Kofe has accepted the same position at UC-Davis.  In addition, video coordinator Brian Bellotti has been promoted to defensive assistant and former UC-Davis tight end Mike Cody will serve as an offensive assistant.

Houston Baptist University: Former Kansas defensive coordinator Vic Shealy will be named head coach at Houston Baptist University.

Arkansas: Sources with knowledge of the situation tell me that in the case that Bobby Petrino is relieved of his duties, a prominent Arkansas booster that has been closely involved with significant decisions in the past will push for Butch Davis to fill the position.  Davis, who is currently serving as the special assistant to the head coach with the Tampa Bay Bucs' organization, was not tied to the NCAA penalties levied against North Carolina.  I am told that Gus Malzahn would not be a candidate for the position.  A source close to Davis tells me that Davis would be interested in the position.
