From the very first day Mark Stoops arrived in Kentucky, the Wildcats cranked up their social media presence as a football program.

During spring ball, the program featured mic'd up videos of each of the new assistant coaches.

Recently, the program has profiled each coach, who has been able to tell his personal story about his career achievements and what makes Kentucky football so special.

Today, the Wildcats profiled defensive line coach Jimmy Brumbaugh, who offered an interesting perspective.

Brumbaugh said, "When I'm coaching, I want a player that believes in me.  If a player believes in me, then he understands that I'm doing something for him, not to him. When you're doing that, he understands this coach cares about me not only as a football player, but as a person, and then he's going to give you everything he has."

One has to believe the social media presence has affected recruited.  The Wildcats are currently one of the biggest surprises in college football by having a Top 10 recruiting class.
