Nick Saban took over as the Alabama head coach in 2007.  Since then, eleven Crimson Tide players have been selected in the first-round the NFL Draft.

Twenty-seven players overall have been drafted in six years.

The first-rounder picks include Trent Richardson, Mark Barron, Dre Kirkpatrick, Dont'a Hightower, Marcell Dareus, Julio Jones, James Carpenter, Mark Ingram, Rolando McClain, Kareem Jackson, Andre Smith.

So you want to talk about making an impression on high school recruits?

As if the message isn't clear, new Crimson Tide staff member Tyler Siskey, who recently joined the Alabama recruiting department after spending the 2012 season at Ole Miss, sent out this tweet today.

(Notice the very bottom.  The 'Process' realized! -- Nick Saban)
