Breaking down the open jobs in FBS college football

There are still more than 30 assistant coaching jobs open in FBS college football.

It’s been a busy coaching carousel, one that saw 28 head coaching changes and several high profile assistants move. That’s not to mention assistants who became head coaches, such as Kirby Smart, Mike Norvell, Scott Frost and Frank Wilson.

Some moves over the past week included Jabbar Juluke leaving Texas Tech for LSU, Anthony Johnson leaving Toledo for Texas, and Colorado promoting Darian Hagan from within for its running backs job.

Of the 33 remaining openings, here’s how they break down:
